My approach across every session: all of my sessions are anchored in the sounds of my own voice — channelled vocal tones, voweling, and chanting. When a session calls for it, I may layer in instruments (tuning forks, bowls, chimes, drum) that the field is asking for.

Group sound healings I hold for small circles online and in-person. Channelled vocal tones, group toning, and the sacred instruments that come forward when called — all anchored through my voice.
