Refund Policy

We honour every soul who comes to this work — and we honour our word. Our refund commitments are simple and clear: (1) Digital products & downloads — full refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been fully downloaded or consumed; email support@soulinlove.com with your order email and we will process the refund within 7 business days. (2) Sessions, Channellings, and Transformative Talks — full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, or you may reschedule once at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session fee but may be rescheduled at our discretion. (3) Subscriptions (Tundala Premium, Community Membership) — cancel anytime from your account; you will not be billed again. A pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your current billing cycle is available within 7 days of the most recent charge upon written request. (4) Live retreats & courses — full refund up to 14 days before the start date; 50% refund within 14 days; non-refundable inside 72 hours, but transfer to a future offering is always available. Chargebacks: please contact us first — we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.

Payments

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) through secure third-party processors. Prices are listed clearly at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by you; you may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@soulinlove.com. Cancellation stops future billing and does not affect access to content you have already received.

Limitation of Liability

Soul in Love, Amber Ellis, and affiliated representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, personal, or business losses resulting from use of this website or participation in any offerings.
