Vibrational Medicine

The Sound Library

Sound is the bridge between the cell and the cosmos. Below — the timeless twelve-petal rose for inner tuning, a finder for what your body is asking to hear, scientifically-anchored binaural beats, and the science of how vibration rewrites cellular programming. All free. Always headphones.

Binaural beats only work through stereo headphones. A slightly different frequency in each ear creates the third “beat” inside your brain. Begin with 10–20 minutes per session and trust the practice over time.

Science & SpiritBrainwave entrainment and vagal-tone effects have peer-reviewed support. The specific meanings we assign to individual tones (528 Hz as “love,” 432 Hz as “natural pitch,” Solfeggio associations) are drawn from spiritual tradition and personal experience — not from settled science. This library is a devotional practice, not a medical treatment. You remain sovereign over your body, your care, and your discernment.

Inner Tuning

The 12-Point Resonance Rose

Tap a petal. The bloom unfolds toward what your body is asking for, and a pure sine tone sounds for six breaths. There is no schedule, no chart, no clock — only the petal you reach for now.

Twelve petals around one centre. Love is the centre. Source is the origin. The twelve are a flexible framework — twelve standing tones that reflect the harmony already present in nature.

Tap a petal

The rose is timeless. Twelve petals. No chart, no calendar — only your hand and what it reaches for. Close your eyes if you wish. Trust which one calls.

Sun energy. Light worker. The petal you choose is the petal you were already singing.

Find Your Frequency

Where Are You, Right Now?

Two soft questions. One sound, tuned to where your body actually is — not where you think it should be.

Step 1

How are you feeling right now?

Five Frequencies · Five States of Being

Your Brain Sings in Five Voices

The brain is always humming. Five distinct voices — Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma — each corresponding to a different state of being. These tones are not music; they are precision frequencies designed to gently invite your brain into the state you need.

Headphones are essential. Each ear receives a slightly different tone — the brain creates the "beat" between them. That beat is the gentle nudge that does the work.

for sleep · for healing

Delta

0.5 – 4 Hz
Deep sleep · cellular repair

The body rebuilds itself here. Use for sleep, surgery recovery, immune resilience.

for meditation · for journey

Theta

4 – 8 Hz
Inward state · intuition · dream

The soul speaks more loudly than the mind. Use for meditation, devotional prayer, inner work.

for flow · for coherence

Alpha

8 – 13 Hz
Relaxed presence · the bridge

Calm focus, gentle creativity, heart-brain coherence. Use for writing, breathing, gentle being.

for focus · for clear action

Beta

13 – 30 Hz
Active, alert, decisive

The state for getting things done. Use for study, work sprints, clear decision-making.

for integration · for awe

Gamma

30 – 100 Hz
Higher awareness · unity

Cross-brain integration, expanded awareness, the state mystics describe as "feeling everything at once."

Why This Helps

Your brain naturally syncs to outside rhythm — it is called frequency-following response, and it is measurable on an EEG within minutes. When you listen to a tone designed for delta, your brain begins to produce more delta. When you listen to a tone designed for gamma, it produces more gamma. These are not music. They are gentle, scientifically- studied invitations for your nervous system to come into the state that serves you right now.

Every track is engineered for a specific brainwave state. Pick the one your body is asking for — or scroll for all of them.

Sleep & Deep Rest
Delta

Delta · Deep Restorative Sleep (2 Hz)

The slowest brainwave family. Delta is where the body repairs itself — where the immune system, the tissue, and the nervous system are quietly rebuilt while the mind rests. A pure 2 Hz sine-wave binaural tone for deep, dreamless rest.

Delta (0.5–4 Hz) dominates slow-wave sleep, the deepest sleep stage during which growth hormone is released and cellular repair is at its peak. Multiple sleep studies link delta entrainment to faster sleep onset, improved sleep quality, and stronger immune recovery.

Deep Inward
Theta

Theta · Deep Inward Journey (6 Hz)

The brainwave of the inward journey — meditation, intuition, devotional prayer, lucid dream. Theta is the soft state where the soul speaks more loudly than the mind. A 6 Hz binaural tone to drop you in.

Theta (4–8 Hz) is associated with REM sleep, deep meditation, and the hypnagogic state at the edge of waking and dreaming. Studies of theta entrainment show measurable shifts in attention, creative insight, and emotional regulation.

Calm Focus
Alpha

Alpha · Calm Focused Awareness (10 Hz)

The brainwave of flow — relaxed, present, gently focused. Alpha is the bridge between thinking and being. A 10 Hz alpha binaural tone for the waking calm state — wonderful for writing, breathing, and being.

Alpha (8–13 Hz) dominates relaxed wakefulness with eyes closed. Multiple peer-reviewed studies tie alpha entrainment to reduced anxiety, improved working memory, and enhanced flow-state cognition.

Heart Healing
Alpha

Alpha · Heart Coherence (8 Hz · Schumann Edge)

The Earth's own background frequency — the Schumann resonance, the heartbeat of the planet. A pure 8 Hz tone at the alpha/theta border, used to entrain heart–brain coherence and bring you back into rhythm with the field.

The Schumann resonance (~7.83 Hz) sits exactly at the alpha/theta border. HeartMath Institute research connects low-alpha entrainment to measurable improvements in heart rate variability (HRV) and heart-brain coherence — the physiological signature of compassion, gratitude, and inner peace.

Clarity & Focus
Beta

Beta · Focused Work & Clear Thinking (15 Hz)

The brainwave of active, alert thinking. Beta is the state for getting work done — clear focus, sharp attention, decisive action. A 15 Hz binaural tone for the times you need your mind awake and your will steady.

Beta (13–30 Hz) is associated with active, externally-focused cognition, problem-solving, and decision-making. SMR-band entrainment (~12–16 Hz) is studied for sustained attention, ADHD support, and high-performance focus states.

Gamma

Gamma · Higher Awareness (40 Hz)

The fastest brainwave family — the frequency of cross-brain integration and what mystics have called expanded consciousness. A 40 Hz gamma binaural tone for the times you want to feel everything at once, clearly.

Gamma (30–100 Hz) is associated with peak cognitive integration, presence, and unitive states. 40 Hz stimulation is an active area of MIT neuroscience research for Alzheimer's, neuroplasticity, and conscious awareness.

The Science of Vibration

Sound Rewrites the Body

Every cell of you is vibrating. Sound is not a metaphor for healing — it is the literal frequency at which your tissue, your DNA, and your nervous system are tuned and re-tuned.

Cells Listen

Cymatics — the study of sound on matter — shows water, sand, and tissue organising into geometric patterns based purely on the frequency they are exposed to. Your body is 60% water. You are listening with all of it.

The Body Listens

Emerging research is exploring how sound and vibration affect gene expression and cell signalling — the science is early and largely preliminary. Within the spiritual philosophy of Soul in Love, we sit with tones like 528 Hz as devotional carriers. Frequency is language. Your body knows how to listen.

Nervous System Tunes

Brainwave entrainment — the principle behind every binaural beat in this library — is documented in EEG studies to shift the brain into Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, or Gamma states. Heart-rate variability, cortisol, and inflammation markers all measurably move with sound.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

Tuned to 432 Hz — an alternative tuning that some listeners describe as feeling calmer or warmer than the modern 440 Hz standard (the science is preliminary and contested). Within the spiritual philosophy of Soul in Love, we sit with it as a pitch the body seems to recognise. Best received with eyes closed, headphones on, and no expectation of doing anything at all.
